This mix contains Root-Building Nutrition . a combination of ingredients that is expertly crafted to help establish deep roots to grow thick . green turf so that you can build a better . stronger lawn from the roots up. Scotts® Turf Builder® Grass Seed Sun & Shade Mix® is designed for full sun and dense shade . and has medium drought resistance with medium to high durability. It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For best results . apply in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 55°F and 70°F or air temperatures are between 60°F and 80°F. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product (please refer to spreader settings on product label). Water daily or as needed to keep the soil surface moist until the seedlings reach at least 2 inches tall. One 2.4 lb. bag of Scotts® Turf Builder® Grass Seed Sun & Shade Mix® has a new lawn coverage of 320 sq. ft. and an overseeding coverage of 960 sq. ft.
